Burning off energy indoors: active things to do with kids in Oslo

These are the places in the catalogue where a child can run, climb, jump, swim or skate indoors, and come home tired.

The list is deliberately narrow. Go-karting, bowling and pinball are fun, but the child sits or stands most of the time, so they belong in the full indoor overview instead. Several of the pools cost little or nothing for children, while the climbing gyms and trampoline parks usually charge by the hour.

If the day should be calm instead, or you want all the indoor options together, the lists are calm indoor activities and everything indoors.
