A free open kindergarten for children aged 0 to 6 living in the Stovner district, with regular drop-in Monday to Wednesday and room for 20 children. Thursdays host a small group for families needing extra support, and Fridays a language café where parents practice Norwegian while the children play.

The Thursday session is a small group for children and families who need more support and follow-up, open 9am to 3pm; ring or drop by to arrange a place. The Friday language café has only ten places and runs 9.30 to 11.20, for parents who want to practise Norwegian while the children play. You can borrow books to take home, and activities range from circle time and crafts to the gym hall. The premises are near the Kiwi shop at Haugenstua torg. They serve coffee and tea; bring a packed lunch, and all food is eaten in the kitchen area. The times were checked on 27 October 2026.
