Municipal swimming pool at Furuset shopping centre, right by the metro. The children's pool is large by Oslo standards: 10 metres long, 4 metres wide and 90 centimetres deep, deep enough for older children to practise in but shallow enough to stand up in. The main pool is 25 metres and 0.80 to 1.85 metres deep. Both are kept at 28 degrees. Sauna on weekdays 2.30-7pm and at weekends 10am-4pm. Lockers need your own padlock. Children must be over 12 and able to swim to bathe on their own, and one swimming-capable adult in the water may look after up to two children.
