New municipal pool complex at Stovner, the most extensive one in Groruddalen. Six pools: a 25-metre competition pool (2 metres deep, 28 degrees), a diving pool with 1 and 3 metre boards (3.6 metres deep, 28 degrees), a teaching pool with an adjustable floor (32 degrees), a family pool (1.6 metres deep, 32 degrees) and a children's pool from 30 to 60 centimetres deep (32 degrees). There is also a water slide, a jacuzzi, a hot tub and a cold plunge. The minimum age for the slide is 7. Children must be over 12 and able to swim to bathe on their own, and entry is free for children under 3. The city says the pool is planned to open officially in August 2026, but no specific date or opening hours had been published when this entry was written, so check the city's page before you go.
