Indoor play centres in Oslo
"Play centre" covers two rather different things in Oslo. One is the big action centres with trampolines, obstacle courses and multi-storey slides, built for children right up to twelve. The other is the small play rooms built for children below school age, with soft zones, role play and a café for the grown-ups. The list below has 13 places, and which one fits depends mostly on the child's age.

Miniland Lambertseter

A pedagogical indoor play centre for children aged 0 to 5 at Lambertseter shopping centre, straight above Anton Sport at Cecilie Thoresens vei 17-21. 500 square metres divided into zones inspired by the continents, with climbing, a slide, a ball pit and role play, plus animals and environments from around the world. Adults can easily keep an eye on the whole space. Booking is recommended, and there are memberships and birthday parties. Open weekdays 9am-7pm and weekends 8am-8pm. Opening hours checked 24.10.2026.
Skyland Megafun LĂžrenskog

Large indoor entertainment centre (formerly Megafun, now part of the Skyland chain) with trampolines, a multi-storey play area, a laser play zone, 6D cinema and a wind tunnel. Note: located in LĂžrenskog, not Oslo municipality.

Leos Lekeland, Ulsrud

Indoor climbing frame, ball pit, tunnels, trampolines and slides. Café on site. Leos states that the play centre is for children of all ages and that they are open every day all year. Socks are required, adults included, and children cannot be in the park on their own.

Large indoor trampoline park with dedicated Minisprett sessions for children aged 0-6 together with an adult, in addition to regular jumping. Check current opening hours in the booking system on the website.
Leos Lekeland, BĂŠrum

Same concept as the Ulsrud branch: climbing frame, ball pit, tunnels, trampolines and slides. Toddler Day is a weekly session for toddlers. On Tuesdays there is a Sports Day at 189 kroner, and three visits cost 549 kroner.

Modern indoor play room for children aged 0-6 with pretend play, climbing areas, a reading corner and a café. Also hosts postpartum-exercise meetups, courses and birthday parties. Lille Lab has four locations in Oslo, and one membership covers every opening day at all four.

Indoor playground in Majorstuen designed specifically for babies and toddlers, with soft play areas and sensory play. Only for children aged 0-24 months, and older siblings cannot join. The space is enclosed, and there is a café for the parents.
SmÄtroll Lekeland

Self-service indoor play area for children aged 0-6 at Grorud shopping centre, with climbing frames and a ball pit for older kids and a separate area with wall games and a ball pit for the youngest. Play sessions are booked in advance (max 15 families/60 people at a time), and you let yourself in with a code sent by SMS. Changing room with free diapers downstairs.
The big ones, for the whole gang
Leos Lekeland at Ulsrud and ĂsterĂ„s has the widest age span, from the one-year-old in the ball pit to the twelve-year-old on the obstacle course. Skyland in LĂžrenskog has trampolines, a laser zone and a wind tunnel, though note that it sits just outside the city boundary.
Rush at Holmlia is the only trampoline park inside the city boundary. Ordinary jumping is for the older children, but every Saturday and Sunday morning they open the park for Minisprett, where children from nought to six jump together with an adult. In July they do the same on Wednesdays (checked 25.10.2026).
One money-saver: at Leos, children under two get in free on Wednesdays with an adult, if you sign up for their membership club first.
The small play rooms for ages 0-6
Lille Lab has four locations (city centre, Hasle, Torshov and TÞyen), and together with SmÄtroll by Grorud shopping centre, Oslo Mikrolekeri at TullinlÞkka, Titt-tei at LÞren and the newly opened Miniland at Lambertseter they form a genre of their own: compact rooms where the adults can see the whole space, and the play is built for children below school age. Miniland opened in August 2026 with 500 square metres divided into zones themed on the world's continents.
Two of them are self-service and must be booked ahead: at SmÄtroll you let yourself in with a code sent by SMS and there is a cap of fifteen families at a time, at Mikrolekeriet everything happens in their app. That keeps them calm, but it also means you cannot just drop in. Titt-tei is closed on Tuesdays.
The places where older siblings must stay home
Two places are for the very youngest only, and older siblings cannot come in: Plutteplassen at Majorstuen takes children up to 24 months, and Lille Lab at TĂžyen is for ages 0-2. That is the whole point, calm rooms where a crawling baby will not get run over, but it is a dull thing to discover at the door with a three-year-old in tow. If you have children in both age groups, Lille Lab Hasle or one of the big centres is the safer pick.
