Nordre Aker is large and spread out, and we know of few changing tables relative to its size. The ones we know of are far apart, at Nydalen, Disen, Blindern and Kjelsås, so here it pays to check before you set off, not along the way. At Sognsvann there is also a free public toilet with a changing table, right where the trails around the lake begin.
The Technical Museum at Kjelsås is worth noting: many people go there with children anyway, and you can spend a whole day indoors there.
