Grünerløkka is one of the districts in Oslo with the most changing tables we know of, and several of them are at Tøyen and Vulkan.
One practical note: Mathallen at Vulkan is worth remembering on a bad-weather day, since it gets you indoors to several places to eat at once. The district also stretches up to Carl Berner and Hasle, which are far calmer than Thorvald Meyers gate on a Saturday.
