Marka is not a district, but several of our places are there. Some are destinations with a café, such as Grefsenkollen and Café Grevinnen at Bogstad, others are toilets by the beach and along the trails. They are worth knowing about, since you might otherwise assume there are no changing tables in the forest.
Note that access varies. The toilets at Bogstad beach and at Ullevålseter are open to everyone, while the changing table at Mariholtet Sportsstue is for guests of the lodge.
