Pregnancy training and pool sessions in Oslo

Exercise during pregnancy is recommended as long as it is adapted, and these offerings are exactly that: strength and cardio classes built for pregnancy, and pool sessions where the water carries the bump. The pool classes are especially worth knowing about late in pregnancy, when most other things feel heavy.
