Pregnancy yoga in Oslo

Pregnancy yoga is the most common organised activity during pregnancy, and Oslo has a dozen studios with dedicated classes. Some run fixed course series with sign-up, others offer drop-in. Classes are often led by instructors with postnatal training, and all account for a changing body, so no prior yoga experience is needed.
