A play café for children up to four at the top of Kolbotn Torg, with its own entrance from outside. Soft flooring, low slides and balance toys, with separate zones for babies and for those who have just started walking. A café with coffee, waffles and simple food for children. Children pay admission, adults always go free. They also host birthday parties after closing time, with the room to yourselves. Note: located in Nordre Follo, not Oslo municipality.

A new family café in central Lillestrøm with a large play room, so the children can play while the grown-ups eat. The café serves good coffee and simple food for adults and children. Open Wednesday to Sunday 9am to 4pm, Tuesday 10am to 4pm, and closed Monday (checked 24.10.2026). Note: located in Lillestrøm, not Oslo municipality.

Eiksmarka Kafé

Neighbourhood café with cakes and soups and a large, free play area full of toys. Kids can also say hello to goats, rabbits and hens. There is a postnatal lunch every Friday, with no sign-up needed. Every Sunday there is a free Sunday programme for children with a craft workshop, a disco or simple experiments, run by NEUBA activity centre in the same building. Free parking outside. Open Friday 10am to 3pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 3pm, and closed Monday to Thursday (checked 24.10.2026). Note: located in Bærum, not Oslo municipality.
