The museum cafe at the Norwegian Museum of Science and Technology by the Akerselva river, now run by Åpent Bakeri. Serves freshly baked buns, sandwiches, fresh bread and coffee, with outdoor tables in summer. Follows the museum's opening hours, and the museum is closed on Mondays: Tuesday to Friday 9am-4pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-5pm (checked 17 October 2026). The museum is closed on 24 and 25 December, 31 December, 1 January and 17 May.
