Birthday party for a 2-year-old in Oslo

Two-year-olds play in parallel, not together, so nobody needs a programme: what they want is floor space, a few familiar faces from daycare and a grown-up close by. Two to four children is plenty, and ninety minutes is a long party when you are two.

Home or a fenced playground is the safest bet. Soft play works for some two-year-olds, but pick the toddler area and a quiet weekday slot rather than Saturday at noon, and expect every parent to stay the whole time.
