Nordskrenten åpen barnehage

Lusetjernveien 2, 1253 Oslo

A free open kindergarten for families with children aged 0 to 6 without a kindergarten place, in newly renovated premises with play areas inside and out. Wednesdays at Nordskrenten: baby singing for ages 0 to 1 from 12:00 to 13:15 and a music cafe for ages 1 to 5 from 13:30 to 14:45. Fridays 11:00 to 13:00 at Deichman Holmlia.

The premises are at Lusetjernveien 2, and you decide when you come and go within opening hours and which activities to join. Mealtimes matter here: they serve some fruit and biscuits, but do bring a packed lunch, and there is a separate dining room. For safety reasons hot drinks are not allowed inside. The kindergarten posts updates on Instagram. The times were checked on 27 October 2026.
