Postpartum yoga at Glød Yoga in Frogner, focused on breathing and mobility in the hips, pelvis, core, back and shoulders. The class combines movement, play, singing and shared relaxation with baby. Nursing, nappy changes and crying are a natural part of the class. Suitable from 6-8 weeks old until baby starts crawling. The course runs over 6 weeks.
