Postpartum training at Tåsen Senter, with the option to bring baby along. The "Start" level (led by a physiotherapist) builds up the deep core muscles and prepares the body for further training, suitable from 6 weeks after a vaginal birth/8 weeks after a C-section. The "Advanced" level (led by a personal trainer) is higher intensity and focuses on the major muscle groups. Limited spots — book your course on the website.
