Klatreverket Torshov runs parental-leave climbing every Friday from 11am, in the quiet morning hours. At Myrens there is also a separate children’s room with childcare, with both single tickets and monthly subscriptions; hours and booking are on Myrens’ own pages. Klatreverket points out that other activity goes on in the centre at the same time, so the children must be watched throughout. Bouldering needs no course and no belay partner, so the threshold is low even if it has been a while.
