Haugen barnehage is a municipal kindergarten in the Stovner district of Oslo. It has room for around 53 children aged 1–5.

Staffing is about 6 children per adult and 18 children per kindergarten teacher. 33.3% of staff hold a kindergarten-teacher qualification. Each child has on average 7 m² of indoor play area.

The kindergarten is open from 07:00 to 17:00 on weekdays. Meal charges are 310 kroner per month in addition to the parental fee.
