A one-day birth preparation course at Ullevål patient hotel, arranged by their partner Kursjordmødrene. The course runs on a weekday from 4:30pm to 8pm, and is recommended between weeks 30 and 36 of pregnancy. Nine topics are covered, among them mental and physical preparation for birth, the stages of labour, pain relief, relaxation, the partner's role, the postnatal hospital stay and breastfeeding.
