Birth preparation courses led by midwives, in the middle of the city centre. The course covers mental preparation, the stages of labour, pain relief, when to contact the hospital and the partner's role, plus practical preparations such as perineal massage and packing the hospital bag. The centre also runs courses in rooms at Ullevål hospital. After a period of digital webinars, the courses are back as in-person gatherings in smaller groups.
