Bentsebrua flerbrukshall og Bjølsenhallen, Sagene

The handball section has children's and youth teams for the birth years 2019 through 2011, ages seven to fifteen in 2026, and several of them train twice a week. Each year the club runs a free handball school for new year groups. Training is in Bentsebrua flerbrukshall and Bjølsenhallen at Bjølsen, and the first sessions are free.

The club also has two women's teams and one men's team. Some groups are full, but the club writes that it will help you find a place, and takes enquiries at handball@sageneif.com or on 22 23 01 00. Which teams train when is listed on the club's own page for teams and training times.

Some entries include training times and prices, others just the discipline and age group. Those change from season to season, so check with the club before signing up.
