All-round sports for the youngest children at one of the city's large grassroots clubs: they get to try many different sports through play, with the emphasis on motor skills and the joy of moving rather than competition. Groups are split by birth year - in autumn 2026 they take four-year-olds (born 2022) and five-year-olds (born 2021), and children born in 2023 can sign up from January 2027. Sessions run one afternoon a week at Nordpolen, Bentsebrua or Fernanda Nissen schools, or in Bjølsenhallen, so most families in Sagene have a short walk. The club runs on volunteers and expects parents to pitch in.
