The club's own group overview splits the children into a handball school for ages 5 to 9 and a junior group for 10 to 15, while its training schedule lists a handball school for girls aged 6 to 10 and a team for girls born 2012 to 2014, so check with the club which groups actually run now and whether there is one for boys. Romsås sports club was founded in 1972 and keeps the barrier to entry deliberately low. Approved for the Oslo leisure card.
