KFUK-KFUM scouts meeting at Ris parish house. A parish house gives a scout group something few activities have: a permanent, free room with a kitchen and storage for equipment, which is the precondition for volunteers managing to keep going year after year. Scouts are divided into oppdagere, stifinnere and vandrere by year group, and the scarf changes colour at each step - a simple, visible way of marking that you have moved up.
