Norway's first Buddhist scout group, set up in 2018 and affiliated with the Norwegian Scout Association through Oslospeiderne. BLIA stands for Buddha's Light International Association, and the group is founded on humanistic Buddhism with joy, harmony, equality and inclusion as stated values. Meetings are every other Sunday from 3 to 5pm, based at Smestad. Otherwise the scouting follows the usual programme of trips and outdoor life.
