Norway's oldest karate club, teaching karate and nanbudo at Galgeberg with dedicated children's groups from age seven. Beginners up to nineteen train free for their entire first term, and new members are accepted through the first six weeks of each term. Children grade through the belt system, with the emphasis on mastery rather than competition.
