A scout group at Sæter in Nordstrand, part of Oslospeiderne. The group carries the number 1 in its name, meaning it is among the oldest registered in the city - numbering in the Norwegian Scout Association follows the order of founding within the district. Scouting is outdoor life put into a system: hikes, campfires, cooking outdoors, map and compass and first aid, with separate sections by age: a pack for ages 8-10 and a troop for ages 10-16, both on Thursdays.
