Sports for people with intellectual disabilities, a dedicated group in Kjelsås IL with around 25 members. For children there is adapted training with play and activities on SATURDAYS in the gym by Grefsen stadium, and the group also runs boccia and floorball on Mondays and swimming on Wednesdays (non-swimmers bring their own helper in the water). Individually adapted training where everyone works towards their own goals in an inclusive, social setting.
