A martial arts centre at Valhall Arena with three age-based groups for children and teenagers: Små helter for ages 5 to 8, jiu-jitsu for 9 to 11 and a separate group for 12 to 15, plus a girls-only jiu-jitsu class. The centre runs muay thai, MMA, submission wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu across four halls, so a child who starts young can stay on. The timetable is published, and beginners' courses all start together at the beginning of term. Approved for the Oslo leisure card.
