Karate at Løren school on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus a dedicated children's session at Båstad dojo on Saturday mornings. The club holds its own gradings twice a year for children under twelve. The club also runs a free karate summer school at Løren during the school holidays.

Some entries include training times and prices, others just the discipline and age group. Those change from season to season, so check with the club before signing up.
