An open meeting place for young people in the Rachel Grepp house at Torshov, with no programme and no registration. It is deliberately informal: the point is having somewhere to be, not taking part in an organised activity. Free, and staffed by adults who are there if anyone needs them.

We list the clubs and which age groups they take. Training times, prices and sign-up deadlines change every season, so you will always find those up to date at the club itself.
