Baby swimming focused on water safety, water adjustment and good experiences for the whole family, with courses at NIH by Sognsvann and at Lovisenberg. Run by the Norwegian Life Saving Society, Oslo and Bærum. Courses run at Lovisenberg on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and at NIH on Fridays. The toddler courses from one to four years are grouped by age, and you can join them without having done baby swimming first.
