Strength training for new mothers focused on the abdomen, back, and pelvic floor, using baby as a "weight" during part of the session. The course runs for 8 weeks (8 sessions of 45 minutes, plus one lecture), split into two levels: from 6 weeks (level 1) and from 12 weeks (level 2) after birth.
