An open postnatal lunch at Eiksmarka Kafé every Friday, with no sign-up: bring the baby, bring your postnatal group or come on your own. The host is at home with a one-year-old herself and is happy to introduce newcomers to the others there, so you do not need to know anyone beforehand. The café has a large free play room, plenty of space for prams, a changing table and high chairs, and animals in the garden the children can say hello to. Open Friday 10am to 3pm (checked 25.10.2026). Free parking outside. Note: located in Bærum, not Oslo municipality.
