A tradition-rich wrestling and boxing club based at Dælenenga, in the middle of Grünerløkka. Children's and youth wrestling builds strength, balance and confidence in a safe, mat-based setting, and the club has long experience welcoming beginners. Wrestling is an Olympic niche sport that gives excellent body control.
