Children's football in Østensjø across two grounds: Rustadgrenda and the Abildsø artificial pitch. The club came about on 1 December 2021, when Rustad IL and Abildsø IL merged their football sections, and today it has close to a thousand active members. As in all Norwegian children's football there is equal playing time and no league tables in the early years, and RASK aims to field a team in every year group so neighbourhood children end up together. The kit is green.
