Parkour and tricking for children and youth in a dedicated facility at Ryen, with age-grouped classes at several levels through the term. Tricking is parkour's acrobatic side - kicks, twists and flips on mats - and the club runs both beginner groups and classes for those who have been at it a while. A trial session can be arranged before signing up.
