Norway's oldest archery club (from 1930), with a modern indoor hall in Olaf Helsets vei at Skullerud. The club runs beginner courses where children can try bow and arrow under expert guidance - there's no fixed lower age limit, but maturity is assessed together with the parents. A calm precision niche that trains focus and breathing.
