Oslo's largest rhythmic gymnastics club, with recreational groups at Njårdhallen from age five: levels for ages 5 to 7, 8 to 10, an advanced group, RG for everyone up to 13 and a dedicated youth group to 17. Rhythmic gymnastics combines dance, gymnastics and apparatus like ball, ribbon and rope, and the club has gymnasts at every level from beginner to the competitive classes.
