A martial arts centre at Sandaker built around Brazilian jiu-jitsu, both with the gi and as no-gi submission wrestling. The centre is organised around long-term development rather than quick belt promotions, and beginners train alongside experienced students. It is run by Eduardo Rios, Mohsen Bahari and Kalliu Couto. The timetable is on their website, and it is worth checking which classes are for children before turning up. Approved for the Oslo leisure card.
