Brazilian jiu-jitsu for young people aged 10 to 15, with dedicated youth groups on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4.30pm to 5.30pm. The club also has adult classes, but the youth training is its own programme rather than an adult session with children in it. On the mat it is as much about cooperating and solving problems as about the technique itself. You can come for a free trial week before deciding. Approved for the Oslo leisure card.

Some entries include training times and prices, others just the discipline and age group. Those change from season to season, so check with the club before signing up.
