A municipal indoor skate hall for young people in Rommen, with ramps and obstacles under a roof. The point of an indoor hall is mundane but decisive in Oslo: you can skate right through the winter, when the outdoor parks lie under snow and ice for half the year. It is free and needs no registration - you just turn up. Stovner has few indoor meeting places for young people, so the hall fills a real gap in the district.
