Children's football from age six at the neighbourhood club Ellingsrud IL in the eastern Groruddalen valley, with teams for both girls and boys in each year group. As in all Norwegian children's football there is equal playing time and no league tables up to age twelve, and the club is an important meeting place in the neighbourhood.
