Oslo municipal arts school's dance programme, taught at culture stations around the city. For the youngest, ages three to seven, there is the play-based Dance for Children course, with no prior experience required.

From there children can continue in genres such as hip hop, jazz, classical ballet, street jazz and contemporary dance, which take pupils from around age six through the teenage years, with dedicated advanced classes for the most experienced. The arts school is run by the municipality, and children and young people living in Oslo are prioritised in admissions. Applications go through the municipality's shared portal, and you can apply year-round.
