A string orchestra for children at Bjørndal, affiliated with the Norwegian youth orchestra federation, teaching violin, viola and cello. Where the parent-run string orchestras otherwise cluster in the north and west of the city, Bjørndal Stryk is one of very few in the south - and thus one of the most important for children who would otherwise face a long journey to the nearest option.
