Children's football from age six at the neighbourhood club Årvoll IL in the Bjerke district, with teams in every year group for girls and boys. As in all Norwegian children's football there is equal playing time and no league tables up to age twelve. Årvoll is a multi-sport club with handball, volleyball and orienteering among others too.
