Linderud gård

An 18th-century manor farm in Groruddalen with a historic garden. For children there is an activity park in the pine grove east of the main building, with an obstacle course that tests balance on challenges for different ages, and a zipline for those who dare.

The farm is run by Museene i Akershus. The garden is open to the public all year, and the activity park is right by the entrance from Linderud senter. South of the main building the garden is terraced, with lawns, an apple orchard, a pond and a long arbour of lime trees at the bottom. In summer there are guided tours of the main building at weekends, with tickets online or in the museum shop. The farm also holds its own events through the year, such as the spooky walk for children around Halloween.
