Staff are compulsory: head waiter 850 kr and waiter 750 kr an hour, at least five hours. External catering adds a table-setting package of 195 kr per person

The council's villa on Ormøya, run by a catering company. Christenings and confirmations are on their own pages, with confirmation menus at 995 and 1,095 kr per person on top of hire, cleaning and staff. So this is among the most expensive on the list, but with a sea view and someone doing the work. The venue must be empty by 11pm Sunday to Thursday and 1am Friday and Saturday.
