- No step-free entrance. It does not say whether there is an accessible toilet. Skjenkestua is a listed building and not universally designed. Kultursalen on the same farm has step-free access.
The council's farm at the far end of Groruddalen, where the café handles private hire. Skjenkestua has a preparation kitchen and a large fridge, projector and screen, and you set up and clear away yourselves. The farm mentions christenings, confirmations and naming parties in its cake ordering, not in the room description, so say what kind of party it is when you ask.
Price, capacity and rules were read on the venue's own page or in Oslo municipality's booking portal on 1 November 2026, and are given as they stood. Several adjust prices on 1 January. It is worth checking with the venue before you book.
