New-parent groups at Oslo Helsestudio at Fyrstikktorget, where your baby comes along to the training. The aim is to rebuild strength after birth.
The studio has two premises at Fyrstikktorget, one directly above the other, with studios 1, 7, 8 and BlackBox in the newer one. BlackBox is a private studio with its own waiting area with a toilet and a sofa corner. Oslo Helsestudio offers both courses and treatments, and you can book a trial session before committing.
